Once purchased and paid for the cruise/tour, in case of withdrawal, the customer is not entitled to a refund

The Organization of the programs contained in this site is made by Tremdouro Tours, Sociedade Unipessoal Lda., with headquarters in Av. Galicia Edf. Douralto 6 front, the municipality of Peso da Régua with share capital of € 100.000.00, contributor nº 505433761, enrolled at C.R. C of Peso da Régua.
Entries and reservations for any tour will only be considered effective when paid in full..
Prices are subject to changes resulting from the unexpected rise in government charges, taxes or fuel surcharges, as to the amendment of any external costs and outside Tremdouro. Prices include IVA (the legal rate).
Children up (2) two years do not pay, of (3) three to (8) eight pay 50% total price duly accompanied by an adult.
Any constant ride in this brochure, depends on the minimum number of participants, which does not exist, allows the organizing entity to cancel it, without being obliged to pay any type of compensation. For facts that are not attributable to him, in particular unforeseen delays, weather conditions, mechanical problems, medical emergency, strike or work stoppage, local holidays, and other reasons without penalty to the Tremdouro.
In contracted services, guides, meals on board or ashore, some transport services providers (ex.: boats, trains and buses) and other necessary services are contracted to third parties and are not employees of the Tremdouro. So in the provision of these services, the Tremdouro Act only as sales agent, not responsible for any complaints against this entity resulting from actions in your name.
In programs that include the train schedule is subject to changes eventually introduced by CP. As well as carrying out the voyage in special composition, whose appointment will only be set next to the date. If there is difficulty on the part of CP in providing rail transportation, the route will be made by bus.

In relation to animals, only guide dogs may travel.

Any complaints will only be considered if submitted in writing, during the 5 days after the end of services.
The existing insurance are in accordance with what the Portuguese law obliges.
The competent court, with a waiver of any other, is the District of Peso da Régua.
